Welcome to our summer art and craft workshops at our indoor plants studio in Oakville! We are thrilled to offer a variety of creative and engaging activities for children during the summer months. Our workshops are designed to inspire imagination, cultivate artistic skills, and foster a love for nature. The cost includes any 4 classes. Canvas Painting: Let your child's creativity soar as they explore the world of canvas painting. Our experienced instructors will guide them through various techniques, allowing them to create their own masterpieces using acrylic paints. From vibrant landscapes to abstract designs, each child will discover their unique artistic style. Terracotta Pot Decorating: In this workshop, children will have the opportunity to transform ordinary terracotta pots into beautiful works of art. They will learn different painting techniques, use vibrant colors, and add personal touches to their pots. This activity not only enhances their artistic abilities but also teaches them about the importance of plants and nature. Terrarium/ Fairy Garden Making: Let your child's imagination run wild as they build their very own terrarium. They will learn about the different layers of these self-sustaining ecosystems, select plants, and arrange them in a glass container. This workshop fosters an understanding of plant care and the balance of nature. Collaging: Children will explore the art of collaging using a variety of materials, such as colored papers, fabrics, and natural elements. They will learn about composition, texture, and visual storytelling as they create unique collages that reflect their individuality and creativity. Vision Board Creating: Encourage your child to dream big and set goals with our vision board workshop. They will gather images, quotes, and symbols that inspire them, and arrange them on a vision board. This activity promotes self-reflection, goal-setting, and visualization of their aspirations. Floral Preservation: In this workshop, children will discover the art of preserving flowers. They will gain an appreciation for the beauty of flowers while learning about their natural life cycle. All workshop materials will be provided, and our experienced instructors will ensure that your child has a memorable and enriching artistic experience.
